Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

HexEasy offers a 30-day return policy, which means customers have 30 days after receiving their order to request a return. The product must be in the same condition that you received it to proceed with the return. 

Note: Electronic or battery-operated products such as massagers must be used as mentioned in the instructions provided with the product. If the product is damaged due to not following the instructions, the customer is responsible for the damage.

Order Cancellation or change in order: 

Customer needs to contact us within 12 hours of placing the order if they want to make any changes to their order or want to cancel it. After 12 hours time has passed, we won't be able to do so.

Returnable products

All the products listed on our website are returnable unless it's "Final Sale" or mentioned on the product page otherwise.

Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at Support@hexeasy.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Your contact info
  • Product details and reason for return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or wrong product

Please check the parcel at the time of delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong product so that we can check the issue and make it right.

We suggest that you record the video of unboxing the product so we can easily inspect its condition.

To return your product, you should contact our e-mail with the unboxing video and order details at Support@hexeasy.com.

Is there any product restocking fee?

HexEasy does not charge any fee on returns and refunds.

Exchanging the product

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at Support@hexeasy.com.

Refund process

We will notify you once we’ve received your returned product, and let you know via email if your refund was approved or not.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method if your refund is accepted. Please note that it takes some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
